How to Add an Agreement or Policy to ChildFriendly

This training video shows how to add any agreements or policies into the system. You can specify if these are to be signed upon registration, and if the agreement is mandatory or optional. Any mandatory agreement will need to be signed by the primary portal member before full app/parent portal access is given to the parent or guardian. The guardian can digitally sign this agreement. Once it is signed, the agreement or policy will be stored in the digital files on the family's account. These can be viewed or downloaded at any time.
