How to Download Your Tax Receipt

This guide is for parents looking to view and download their child's tax receipt. A tax receipt will be issued after any payment is made, so that this receipt can be downloaded at any time.

*PLEASE NOTE: Tax receipts are specific to the parent or sponsor attached to the invoices. For example: if the father is the only sponsor on the child's account, the father must be logged into his account to access the tax receipt. Only parents/sponsors who have paid invoices in their portal will be able to download tax receipts.

• In the parent portal, click the Menu bar.
• From here, click the Financial drop-down menu. Select Tax Receipts. 

• Select the tax year in the top left.
• Click the Download Receipt icon to download and save the receipt.
