Dashboard Expiries Training for Admin

In this video, we walk you through the Expiries section of the Dashboard - a powerful admin tool designed to help you stay on top of important upcoming deadlines for both staff and students.

The Expiries tab provides a centralized view of items such as staff police record checks and formal reviews, as well as student-related records like medication expiries, grant expiries, supplemental fee expiries, and immunizations coming due. The Expiries tab eliminates the need to manually check individual staff or student files — saving time, improving compliance, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Please note: The Expiries tab is only available to users with admin access.
