How to Reset or Revoke Staff Passwords

This document explains how to reset a staff member’s password when they are unable to access their account, and how to revoke their login access when they should no longer be able to sign in.

Step 1: Open the Staff Module and Select the Staff Member

Ensure you are in the Staff module of your system. Locate the staff member whose access you wish to revoke or whose password you wish to change, and click on their profile.

Step 2: Reset the Staff Member’s Password

To reset a staff member’s password, click Reset Password.

Enter the new password, making sure it meets all required password stipulations. When finished, click the Reset icon.

The staff member’s password will be immediately updated to the new one.

Step 3: Revoke the Staff Member’s Login Access

To revoke a staff member’s access, locate the staff member whose login you want to revoke.

In their profile, click Revoke Login.

You will see a success message confirming that the revocation was successful, and the staff member will no longer be able to log in. The Create Login icon will reappear, allowing you to restore access in the future if needed.
