Let’s Get Started: Step-by-Step
Open the Staff module
From your main ChildFriendly screen, go to the area where you manage your staff.
Click to open the staff module.
Select the staff member’s profile

In the staff list, find the staff member whose documents you want to organize.
Click on that staff member’s name to open their profile.
Go to the Files tab

Inside the staff member’s profile, look for the tab labeled “Files.”
Click the “Files” tab to open their digital filing cabinet.
Create folders for organizing documents

In the Files tab, create a new folder to group similar documents (for example, “Meetings” or “Contracts”).
You can create as many folders as you need to keep this staff member’s documents tidy.
For example, create a folder called “Meetings” to store all meeting notes.
Expand folders and upload documents
Click on a folder (such as “Meetings”) to expand it and see any subfolders or documents inside.
From here, choose the option to upload documents, such as meeting minutes, contracts, or other HR files, into the selected folder.
You’re all set! Now you can keep each staff member’s HR documents organized and easy to find.
