How to Set Up Auto-Payments- Parent Edition

This document outlines how to set up and manage your childcare payment methods in the ChildFriendly parent app, including pre-authorized bank debits and, where allowed, credit card payments.

Step 1: Open the Menu in the ChildFriendly Parent App

Make sure you are logged into the ChildFriendly parent app on your device. Select the Menu tab at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Navigate to Payment Information

From the menu, tap Payment Info to access your payment setup screen.

Step 3: Start Connecting Your Bank Account

To connect your bank account for pre-authorized debit payments, open the bank account setup section.

Continue by entering your banking information.

Step 5: Enable Auto-Withdrawal of Outstanding Fees

Select the Allow auto-withdrawal of outstanding fees checkbox.

This authorizes your childcare center to automatically process pre-authorized debit payments for your monthly tuition and fees. Enabling auto payments helps you avoid missed payments and potential late fees.

Step 6: Save Your Bank Payment Information

After all required information has been entered, make sure to click Save to store your bank account and auto-withdrawal settings.

Step 7: (Optional) Credit Card Payments

If you would like to add a credit card for fee payments, first confirm that your childcare center allows credit card payments within the Payment Info section or by checking with the center.

If credit card payments are allowed, enter your credit card information and configure any auto payment options.

Enter the details and press save.

Step 9: Review and Manage Your Payment Details

Once completed, you have finished setting up payment information for your tuition fees. You can return to the Payment Info area at any time to review, update, or edit your bank or credit card details as needed.
