Step 1: Select the Correct Center

Make sure you have selected the center you want to configure before changing any settings.

Confirm that the center highlighted is the one you are setting up.

Once the correct center is selected, proceed to the Custom Menu.

Step 2: Open the Online Registration Settings

Under the Custom section for the selected center, choose Online Registration.

Step 3: Configure Deposit Terms and Conditions

If your center charges a deposit for online registration (based on the deposit settings configured for applicable programs in the Program section), a deposit section will appear when families pay by credit card.

Use the Deposit Terms area to clearly define your policy, for example:

  • Whether the deposit is refundable or non-refundable

  • Any conditions under which it may be refunded or forfeited

  • Any additional rules or notes parents should be aware of

After entering your terms, you can preview how this will appear to parents in the online registration form.

Step 4: Add Custom Registration Questions

During the online registration process, parents are already required to complete all licensing-related fields by default (such as allergies, emergency contacts, and other mandatory information). If you need to collect additional information, you can add custom questions.

  1. Click Add a Question to create a new custom field.

  2. Choose the field type (e.g., text, dropdown, checkbox) for your question.

  3. Enter the question text and any other relevant details.

  4. Specify whether the question is required or optional.

  5. Repeat to add as many custom registration questions as needed.

Avoid duplicating questions that are already included by default in the system (e.g., standard licensing or contact fields).

Step 5: Save and Organize Custom Questions

When you have finished adding and editing your custom questions, click Save to apply your changes.

If you want to change the order in which questions appear to parents, use the drag-and-drop handle to reorder them as desired.
