How to Navigate the Family Finance Tab

Step 1: Open the Families Module and Select a Family

Click the Families module icon on the left.

Select the family you want to view by clicking the main family name.

The family’s file will open. Here, you can view overall financial information for the family by clicking on the family’s name.

Step 2: Navigate to the Finance Tab

Click the Finance tab in the family’s file.

From here, you can view the family’s monthly billing information.

Step 3: Filter Billing Information by Month or Date Range

You can filter the displayed billing records by a specific month or by a particular date range.

If you prefer to view by range, click the date field.

Select the range option. Then select the date range you would like to view.

This will show all billing transactions for that family for the selected time period.

Step 4: Initiate a One-Off Billing (If Needed)

To process a one-off billing from this area, click the plus sign beside Billings.

Step 5: Preview, Download & Email Statements

Click the Preview Statement button to view and download a PDF of the detailed billing statement.

To email the statement, select which sponsors you would like to receive it.

Then click the Email PDF button.

A copy of the statement will be sent to all selected sponsors.

Step 6: Preview and Send Invoices and Receipts

To handle individual invoices or receipts, click the Preview Invoice or Preview Receipt buttons to open the required item.

From there, you can:

• Select the sponsor who is invoiced

• Choose whether to send the receipt to the appropriate sponsor
