How to Find the Registration Link to Share on Your Website
This process explains how to locate the registration form for your center, and then either embed it on your website or share it directly with families via a link.

Step 1: Open the Forms Tab in the Communicate Module
Ensure you are in the Communicate module. Then click the Forms tab.

Step 2: Select the Enrollment Application Form
Under Pre-built Forms, select Enrollment Application.

Step 3: Choose Your Organization and Location
Select your organization.
Next, select your center location.

You can scroll down to review the preset registration form details and confirm everything is correct.
Step 4: Embed the Form or Copy the Shareable Link
Click the Embed or Share Form icon to access sharing options for the registration form.

From the Embed or Share window, you can:
Copy the embed code snippet to place the form directly on your website, or
Copy the shareable link to send to families via email or any other communication method.
