Step 1: Open the Child Profile from the Families Module
To download an emergency contact form for a single child, first navigate to the Families module and select the relevant child’s record.
Step 2: Export the Child’s Emergency Information to PDF
Within the child’s main information profile, click Export to PDF to generate the portable emergency contact form.

After exporting, the PDF file will appear in your browser’s or computer’s downloads. Open the downloaded file to review and print the emergency information, then place the printed form into the appropriate binder.
Step 3: Access Bulk Emergency Reports via the Reports Menu
To print emergency forms for an entire room or for multiple children at once, start by opening the Reports module.
Step 4: Navigate to the Emergency Info Safety Report
Within Reports, go to Safety Reports.
Select Emergency Info.

Step 5: Set the Date and Group Filters
Choose the relevant date for the report, typically today’s date.

Then select the desired group (room/class).
If you want to generate forms for the entire center, select No Group instead of a specific group.
Once your filters are set, click Apply.
Step 6: Select Children for the Report
After applying the filters, a list of all children in the selected group (or center) will appear. You can select individual children for whom you wish to generate the emergency contact report.

Alternatively, you can select all children in bulk by using the Select All option.
Step 7: Generate the Bulk Emergency PDF
With the desired children selected, click the three dots menu.

Choose Generate PDF to create a combined document containing each child’s emergency contact information on a separate page.
Print the generated PDF. Each childs form will be on its own page so that you can easily print the entire PDF and then file each child’s page alphabetically in your emergency binder for easy reference.
