It is designed to help staff and administrators understand message visibility, group-level oversight, and how access to specific conversation threads is granted or removed based on staff assignments and sign-in status.

1. Individual & Admin Messages
Staff-to-Staff & Staff-to-Parent: These are visible to the individuals involved and the entire Admin/Office team.
Admin-to-Staff & Admin-to-Parent: These messages are visible to the specific recipient and the entire Admin/Office team. Note: Any staff member with Admin/Office level access can oversee these conversations.
2. Group-to-Group Messaging
Classroom Communication: Groups can message each other directly (e.g., the Bears messaging the Lions).
Oversight: These threads are visible to all staff assigned to those specific groups, and the Admin/Office team has full oversight of these communications.
3. Accessing Group Threads
Access to group-specific chats depends on your profile settings and your current "Sign-In" status:
Permanent Access (Assigned Staff): If a group is assigned to your staff profile, you will have permanent access to that thread.
Temporary Access (Manual Sign-In): If you manually sign into a group not assigned to your profile, you will have access to that thread only for that session.
Signing Out & Refreshing: Once you sign out of a temporary group, you will lose access to the thread.
Important: Your view may not update instantly. You must refresh the page after signing out to clear the previous group's threads from your view.
