How to Update Your Information in Stripe for Credit Card Processing
Once your Stripe account is set up through ChildFriendly, you can manage your financial and business details directly via the Stripe Express portal. This self-serve access ensures your center remains audit-ready and your billing information stays current without administrative delays.

Step 1: Login to Stripe Express
Enter the email address or mobile number associated with your account
Stripe will send you a secure verification code via email or text
Enter the code to log in — no password required
Step 2: To Update Your Information
Once you're logged in, you can update a range of details, including:
Bank Account for Payouts
Go to ‘Profile’ or the gear/settings icon on the bottom left.
Select ‘Payout and Bank Details’, click ‘Update’, and enter your new bank info
Business Address or Legal Entity Information
Go to the ‘Profile’ icon on the bottom left and look for ‘Business Details’ or ‘Profile’
Update your address, business name, or tax information as needed
Directors or Business Owners
In ‘Team’ or ‘Owners/Directors’, you can update or add individuals associated with your business
